This student behavioral checklist was developed from the Pre-Referral Intervention Manual (PRIM). It lists 193 of the most common learning and behavior problems encountered in the equational environment. I have been using this check list as a pre-referral tool to give to teachers in order to develop classroom modifications for children before they come up to the Student Study Team or a PPT. I have found this very useful both in conjunction with the PRIM manual or without. If you will be using this with the manual you will find that the number of the behavior coincides with the same number in the manual, thus making researching interventions much easier. If you will not be using this with the PRIM manual, it will still give you a much more organized picture of the child to be studied.
